    HanBeishi, a famous contemporary artist,was born in North East China’s Jilin province. He graduated from the Art Education Department of North east Normal University in China and at present has been living in Shanghai for 10 years. Han Beishi’s major works include the Chinese Beywa series and Broken porcelain style series as well as the Chinese freehand mountains-and-waters series. His work has caused a media uproar in both China and aboard.
